We ring your referees
Actually ring them, and ask the awkward question about why you left. It is why our placements last past the first season.
You get told what the boat is like
Rotation that is rotational on paper only, an owner who shouts, a chief who has burned through four seconds. We say so before you fly.
We stay in touch after you join
A call at two weeks and again at three months. If it has gone wrong we would rather move you than lose you from the industry.
